📦 Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Each item in our store is custom-made to order through trusted print partners. Because of this, please read our policy carefully before purchasing.

1. Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Items


  • If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • We will provide a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

  • In most cases, the product does not need to be returned.

2. Order Dissatisfaction (Size, Fit, or Change of Mind)


  • Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for dissatisfaction, sizing issues, or buyer’s remorse.

  • Please review our size charts and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

  • If you would still like to return an item, it must be sent back to our return address (below) at your own expense. Once received in unused condition, we may issue store credit (excluding shipping costs).

⚠️ Please do not send returns to our production facilities. They are not able to process dissatisfaction returns on behalf of our store.

4. Order Cancellations


  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, production may already have started, and we cannot guarantee cancellation.

5. Refunds


  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, misprinted, or incorrect.

We take 2–5 business days to make your custom-ordered product for all production techniques. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

Please note that shipping is not included in the fulfillment time. To get an idea of how long an order will take to arrive, combine the estimated fulfillment time with the estimated shipping time.

Manufacturing

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

When will I get my order?

We take 2–5 business days to make your custom-ordered product for all production techniques. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.
